"Burial at Sea!" Some evil villain has put Kryptonite on Supergirl and tossed her overboard. That shark looks hungry! Can anyone save our heroine?!

Supergirl's blouse and hotpants costume (used throughout the 70s up to 1982) has always been my favorite, and in my opinion, the most sexy. I added a modern twist by making her blouse tied under her breasts.

As is often the case it's the expression that makes the picture work. In this case Supergirl is just barely conscious/alive ... completely succumbed to the kryptonite. It's great stuff.

Of course, were this a comic book ... well, her body is still invulnerable (even if saturated with kryptonite radiation ... Hey, I wouldn't mind seeing a close-up - waist up - of Supergirl one day, in a helplessly-struggling-nearly-unconscious stance, starting to turn green all over from 'kryptonite poisoning'. Oh well, I digress) so the shark's teeth will still break when he chomps down. So all he'll do will be break the kryptonite necklace off her ... just in the nick of time, yay! Supergirl lives to be drawn again!

Nah, the costume is still invulnerable, just like her. The shark's teeth will only succeed in ripping off the kryptonite.

Excellent pic! Our heroine is in quite a bit of trouble here -- I sure hope that someone will come along soon to rescue her, as she appears to be a bit too unconscious to do anything about her current predicament, herself!
